Siddhartha Insurance for Bonus Share Price Adjustment
The share price of a Siddhartha Insurance Company Limited is adjusted in Nepse today (Jestha 30, 2076) after the book closure for the bonus share.
Nepal Stock Exchange has adjusted the price of Siddhartha Insurance Company Limited (SIL) at Rs. 471.077 for 15.484 percent bonus shares. The Average base price of SIL is Rs. 747.538.
Siddhartha Insurance had declared a 15.484 Percent Bonus share to the shareholders from the profit of F.Y. 2074/75.
Bonus share will be distributed to shareholders after the approval from annual general meeting.
Currently, Its paid up capital is Rs.86.59 arba.

Prime commercial bank to acquire Lalitpur finance. Official of both institution have signed memorandum of understanding on 25 Jestha 2076.
Before this agreement, Prime Bank has signed acquisition agreement with Kankai Development Bank on 22 Jestha.
Janautthan samudayic laghubitta to issue right shares from 12 Ashad 2076
Janautthan samudayic laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha to float 100% right shares from 12 Ashad 2076. The issue will be closed on 15 Shrawan 2076.
The book close is set 02 Ashad 2076 for right issue. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 01 Ashad 2076 will be eligible to apply for right share.

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed the right share of one company on Jestha 24,2076.
As per the information by NEPSE, it has listed 1,10,000 units right shares of Unnati Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd.
