Last day to grab dividend of Surya Life Insurance Company
Last day to grab dividend of Surya Life Insurance Company. Those shareholders who hold shares til today,l 27 Jestha 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM and get dividend. The book will close on 28 Jestha 2076 for AGM.
Agendas of AGM are:
- The company will pass 12% or Rs.13.58 crore bonus shares and Rs.71.48 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose from income FY 2074/75.
- To hike authorized capital to Rs.3.00 arba
- To endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/754
- To appoint statutory auditors for FY 2075/76
- To issue 70% right share after 12% bonus share; 70% right issue was approved by 10th AGM.
- To amend MOA & AOA.
The AGM will be convened on 11 Ashad 2076 at registered office of the company, Biratnagar.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.1.13 arba.
