Mero microfinance auction bids opening today (03.June.2019)
The auction bids for the unsold right share of Mero Microfinance will open today (Jestha 20), as informed by the Global IME Capital Limited.
Mero Microfinance had issued right share to the shareholders from Falgun 19, 2075 to Chaitra 24, 2075. Out of the total issued right share, 2,09,649 ordinary shares remained unsold. The company auctioned the unsold right share from Jestha 07, 2076 to Jestha 14, 2076.

Mero Microfinance 2.09 lakh auction shares closing from today; LTP stands at Rs. 601
Mero Microfinance is closing the auction of 2.09 lakh units of ordinary shares on Jestha 14,2076 i.e. today
Global IME Capital Limited is the issue manager of the auction. In order to apply for the company shares, one must fill an application form which is available from Global IME Capital Limited, Kathmandu. For those outside Kathmandu valley, they can apply from the branch office of Global IME Bank. You can get the form for Rs. 100.
