Life Insurance Coropration Nepal has proposed dividend for shareholders from in the income of FY 2074/75.

As per LICN, the company had proposed 34.4626% Bonus shares & 35.5373% cash dividend from the income of FY 2074/75.

The decision is subjected to approve from Beema Samiti and upcoming AGM.

Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.1.49 arba. After adjustment of Bonus, paid up capital will reach to Rs.2.01 arba.

Himalayan Distillery has informed Nepse about the interim dividend distribution to its shareholders on Jestha 10, 2076.

The board of directors meeting of the company held on Jestha 9, 2076 has declared 68.42 percent cash dividend (including tax) to its shareholders from the accumulated profits until the third quarter of the current fiscal year 2075/76.
