Reliance Life Insurance to float IPO worth Rs. 63 crore
Reliance Life Insurance Limited to float initial public offering (IPO) worth Rs. 63 crore for general public.
It has appointed Sanima Capital Limited as the issue manager to issue Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 63,00,000 Units worth NPR. 63,00,00,000/- to General Public
Chief Executive Officer of Sanima Capital Mr. Manish N. Joshi and Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Life Insurance Limited, Mr. Pravin Raman Parajuli has signed the agreement today, 19 Jestha 2076.
After the issuance of 63 lakh unit shares, the Insurance’s paid-up capital will reach Rs 2.10 arba. The capital structure will stand at 70% for the promoters and 30% for the general shareholders.

Himal Dolkha issuing IPO to locals from Jestha 14 i.e. today
Himal Dolkha Hydropower Company is going to issue IPO worth Rs. 16 crore to the project affected locals of Ilam district from Jestha 14,2076 i.e. today. The subscription price of the issue is Rs.100 per share.
The IPO issue will be open until Jestha 28,2076 but if the issue is not fully subscribed then the date will be extended to Asadh 13,2076.

Infinity Laghubitta to float IPO from 13 Jestha for general public
Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited to issue initial public offering (IPO) from tomorrow, 13 Jestha 2076 for general public. The issue will be closed on 16 Jestha 2076.
The company will be floating 674,000 units of shares at the rate of Rs.100. Out of total issue, the company will issue 0.5% or 10,370 units for employees, 5% or 33,700 units of existing mutual fund and remaining 6,29,930 units for general public.

Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company Limited to issue initial public offering (IPO) from 14 Jestha 2076. The offer will be remains open till 28 Jestha 2076. If issue is not subscribed, than it will be remains open till 13 Asar 2076.
It will be issuing 16,00,000 units for locals of projected affected areas. It will issue 62,00,000 units of shares for general public after allotment to locals.
