Om Development Bank cancelled proposed dividend

Om Development Bank has cancelled proposed dividend. It had proposed 12.70% bonus shares for shareholders. After signing merger agreement with NMB Bank, it has cancelled proposed dividend showing the reason that, it will affect Swap ratio between OM & NMB Bank.
