Reliance finance has announced book close AGM

Reliance finance has announced book close for annual general meeting (AGM). The book will be close on 13 Jestha to 27 Jestha 2076. To attain AGM, shareholders should hold shares till 12 Jestha 2075 or one day before book close.

AGM will be convened at Lainchour Banquet, Kathmandu on 27 Jestha 2076 at 11 AM.
