IPO result of Infinity Laghubitta Bittya Sanstha has been published today, 22 Jestha 2076 . Allotment was concluded at Civil Capital Market limited.
As per allotment modules, only 62,993 applicants are allotted with 10 units of shares through lottery. 80.86% or 2.66 lakh applicants became empty handed.
Paid up capital will reach to Rs.20.74 crore after IPO issuance.

Reliance Life Insurance to float IPO worth Rs. 63 crore
Reliance Life Insurance Limited to float initial public offering (IPO) worth Rs. 63 crore for general public.
It has appointed Sanima Capital Limited as the issue manager to issue Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 63,00,000 Units worth NPR. 63,00,00,000/- to General Public
Chief Executive Officer of Sanima Capital Mr. Manish N. Joshi and Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Life Insurance Limited, Mr. Pravin Raman Parajuli has signed the agreement today, 19 Jestha 2076.
After the issuance of 63 lakh unit shares, the Insurance’s paid-up capital will reach Rs 2.10 arba. The capital structure will stand at 70% for the promoters and 30% for the general shareholders.
Surya Life Insurance announces book close of AGM
Surya Life Insurance has published the notice for its upcoming 11th AGM. The company will conduct its 11th Annual General Meeting on Ashad 11, 2076. The meeting will take place at the Company’s registered office at Biratnagar.
For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders’ registration book will remain closed from Jestha 28, 2076 to Ashad 04, 2076.
