Prime commercial bank to acquire Lalitpur finance. Official of both institution have signed memorandum of understanding on 25 Jestha 2076.

Before this agreement, Prime Bank has signed acquisition agreement with Kankai Development Bank on 22 Jestha.

Janautthan samudayic laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha to float 100% right shares from 12 Ashad 2076. The issue will be closed on 15 Shrawan 2076.

As per the information by NEPSE, it has listed 1,10,000 units right shares of Unnati Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd.

The auction bids for the unsold right share of Nepal Insurance will open today (Jestha 24), as informed by the Global IME Capital Limited.

Nepal Investment Bank is going to issue debenture 2082  from today (Jestha 24, 2076). The company will issue 20,00,000 units debentures worth Rs. 200 crores. The debenture issue will remain open until Jestha 28, 2076. If the issue is not fully subscribed until that period, it will extend to Ashar 22, 2076.

The trading of shares of three companies is halted today (Jestha 23,2076). Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has informed that due to the merger/acquisition agreement of three companies, the shares of the 3 companies are stopped from trading. 

NEPSE has reported a technical issue on its website which has affected the investors. The site will come into operation as soon as the technical issue is fixed. Still, the trading of shares is possible since the online trading system is active.

IPO result of Infinity Laghubitta Bittya Sanstha has been published today, 22 Jestha 2076 . Allotment was concluded at Civil Capital Market limited.

As per allotment modules, only 62,993 applicants are allotted with 10 units of shares through lottery. 80.86% or 2.66 lakh applicants became empty handed.
