Infinity Laghubitta floating IPO from Jestha 13 Today
Infinity Laghubitta is going to issue IPO worth Rs.6.74 crore to the general public from Jestha 13, 2076. The issue will be open till Jestha 16,2076 and if it is not fully subscribed then the extension can be made to Asadh 10,2076.
Applications can be placed for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 3,370 units. The application can be placed from the financial institutions providing C-ASBA facility and online through Meroshare.
Swap ratio of Nepal Investment Bank and Jebils Finance
Jebils Finance has informed Nepse about the swap ratio for mergers and acquisition with Nepal Investment Bank.
The 194th board meeting of the company has decided to take 100:33 swap ratio with Nepal Investment Bank to finalize the acquisition process. This means shareholders holding 100 shares of Jebils will get 33 shares of Nepal Investment Bank post-acquisition.
The decision was also based on the recommendation by the meeting of the merger committee of two banks held on Jestha 12, 2076. Two companies signed an agreement to go on an acquisition process on Falgun 26,2075.

Infinity Laghubitta to float IPO from 13 Jestha for general public
Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited to issue initial public offering (IPO) from tomorrow, 13 Jestha 2076 for general public. The issue will be closed on 16 Jestha 2076.
The company will be floating 674,000 units of shares at the rate of Rs.100. Out of total issue, the company will issue 0.5% or 10,370 units for employees, 5% or 33,700 units of existing mutual fund and remaining 6,29,930 units for general public.
Himalayan Distillery declares interim dividend
Himalayan Distillery has informed Nepse about the interim dividend distribution to its shareholders on Jestha 10, 2076.
The board of directors meeting of the company held on Jestha 9, 2076 has declared 68.42 percent cash dividend (including tax) to its shareholders from the accumulated profits until the third quarter of the current fiscal year 2075/76.
Share investors associations finally say yes to T+1 settlement
After facing criticism on their decision to not go with a T+1 settlement approach, finally, share investors related associations have made a press release by accepting the implementation of T+1 settlement.
If you don’t know what T+1 means then, T stands for transaction date and the number after + represents settlement day. Here, 1 means you have to settle the transaction within one day of doing the transaction i..either transfer shares or pay the amount within one day of the transaction. In Nepal, currently, T+3 settlement is existent.
